Screen looks "colorful" when off?

when I look up at my screen at the right angle when it is off, i get a weird multicolored wave kinda pattern that is a perfect rectangle in the middle of the screen, but is just kinda a centimeter off on all sides..

did I never notice this before? or is something weird going on?

oh wonderful!

time to flash back to stock and go complain about all the issues the phone is having...

I do have insurance.. but not really looking forward to spending 100 dollars on an issue that I did not cause...

If you have insurance you can get it swapped for free most likely at a store or do Advanced Exchange.

Re: Screen looks "colorful" when off?

i went to sprint store about the issue and they told me that it doesn't effect the functionality of the phone. the swap wont' be free and it'll cost me 100 bux.

chances are that you did cause it. you cant apply a lot of pressure on these screens...

maybe you clean the screen too hard and for too long in the same spot.

thats just ridicules for a phone to be touch screen, but you can only touch it with a certain pressure.. maybe i have strong fingers?.. there are no scratches, and I have never dropped my phone.. all i have done is use it..

clean screen to hard where? the whole screen? have you seen the pics of what happens in the other thread? it's purely a shitty screen on some phones i guess..

vzw has me a new one on the way no big deal, she said if it happens again to just bring it back for another..
