Enable HTC Notification Manager

Hi Guys,
I installed the Sprint Cleanup Cab.
The only thing is, I got used to the HTC Notifcation Manager and want to renable it.
I looked through the cab that was installed and I think this is the registry change that needs to be tweaked.
<characteristic type="HKLM\Services\NOTIFICATIONMANAGER">
<parm name="Flags" value="4" datatype="integer" />

</characteristic>

Does anyone know what the original value of that registry key was? Or what I can do to renable the HTC Notification Manager?

Thanks,

I tried out the topaz manager as it looked better.

Weird but, if you are on the homescreen and push the power button to shutdown the screen, the phone dies. I have to pull out the battery and put in back in & restart the phone.

Ended up uninstalling the topaz manager. Anyone else have this issue?

or just change it to 0 from 4

why can't people just tell someone how to fix without posting links.

Thanks,
I added the key back. Not sure if the key missing was causing my phone to freeze in standby?

I removed everything and now have reinstalled all the cab files again.
