Incoming SMS bubble stops working
 

I have tried several searches so forgive me if this has been addressed before. I am NOT talking about the SMS Sent message (although this quits working too when my issue happens).

I LIKE the incoming SMS popup bubble feature. For some reason, it quits working on me quite often. I do have the "show message on screen" checked in the notifications settings. It seems to happen when I am actively in a text message conversation (when either the TouchFlo or WM text messaging is open on screen). The problem is that the bubbles don't start working again when I've finished that convo and returned to the home screen or whatever. The incoming bubbles don't start working again until I shut the phone off and restart it. I find myself sending a txt message and then frantically trying to exit to the home screen before I receive an answering text to keep the bubbles up and running (this is ridiculous behavior).

Can anyone help?
