Exclamation Turn off Frozen TP2 without taking out Battery?

Hi I have a verizon Tp2 and Im currently running Mighty Rom on it. Every once in a while my Tp2 freezes (not very often I admit) and when it does the only way for me to get back and running was by restarting it by taking out the battery which used to be no big deal but now I have a case on it that snaps on and is a real pain to get off. So i was wondering if there was a way to turn it off when its frozen without taking the battery out.

Any help is appreciated and Thxs in advanced.

Re: Turn off Frozen TP2 without taking out Battery?

Most cars, boats, planes, phones, etc are called by girl's names. With that in mind, if you want to turn your TP2 off, just tell it that it looks fat in that case. Should work just fine...

I was hoping for a solution that was holding a couple of buttons for a long enough time or something of that nature, I really dont want to modify anything.

Re: Turn off Frozen TP2 without taking out Battery?

You could hold the power button just like when you shut it off but I doubt it works if the phone is truely frozen
