Please help me asap!!!

i just downloaded this--->http://www.lilrico.com/Thread/TF3D%2...%20Enhance.cab (AMONG OTHERS BUT THIS WAS THE LAST THING I DOWNLOADED)

now my screen is ALL black and i cant access any of my programs or settings!!!! i see the word "title" only! i can make calls and check wifi status and other things on top of screen on the rigth but cant access home, program or settings to delete what i have added!!! please help get my phone back and i promise to stop 'tweaking'!!!!

Have you tried a soft reset? If that does not work then try a hard reset. It will wipe out any additional information or programs you install since flashing the new ROM. After the hard reset the ROM will reload and you will back to a fresh phone.

nope...didnt try the soft reset but will be in a sec...didnt really wanna do the hard reset (never did it before) but am willing to try ANYTHING!!! do i have to take the storage card out b4 hard reset? have u heard of this happening b4? thank u sooo much! what do u think i did wrong? how did this happen???
