Can NOT go to bootloader!
 

Hi & thanks for the site.

I have a Touch 3G T3238+ (Jade 100).

Vol. down + enter + power never worked!! I can NOT go to bootloader in any way!! So I can't even try to flash w/ a SD card! (I can't also HSPL coz of connection errors!)

Plz, any way out to open tri-color screen???

Not sure if this applies to your phone, but try pressing the power button + Camera button and hit the soft reset button

Actually there is no camera button!! We hf2 go to the "photo & video" & tap on camera & then use enter but, now the touch screen does not work @ all!! the phone is locked & I can't tap on "unlock" which is shown on bottom left, as there is no touch!!

Keys work 4 answering a call & ...
The screen is clean, still I even removed the screen cover, cleaned it & put it back, no use!!

B4 I could hard reset only via "clear storage" but now no touch to go there!

Any help plz???
The phone is a Touch 3G T3238+, a clone!

Think I haf2 take it 2 HTC center but the it's in another city! Problem!
