Cooked roms on Telus P4000 ?

I have a couple of questions that I can't seem to find the answers for when I've searched.

does not seem to be many Telus P4000 users on here and the other forums, most have no idea what a cooked rom is :/

1) Will the Alltel and cooked sprint roms work on a Telus phone ? Do you have to reprogram the number and txt msging to work again ? Telus uses #777 for data and all settings are Auto from what I see at that end.

2) I've been looking at the Icokeman OS only Rom and have heard of it improving BT ? Is this the safer road to go without updating the radio, which I've read mixed reviews on.

I've not loaded any software on my phone ! I will not do that till the darn BT is fixed and I can go back to using my NX6000 ! Heck I can deal with the mem leak if the BT works !

cheers all !

are you on wm5 or wm6? Telus has their own wm6 out now, but the alltel one is just a little newer. If you are already on the wm6 you can always go back easily by flashing the wm6 telus rom again.

Undoing advances in Mogul's since 2007. Titan ReLocker, WM5 roms (don't use w/ gps radio): Telus, TNZ

yep, give any of the roms on here a shot after unlocking your device. You can always go back to the telus WM6 rom by running that EXE.

The titan_2.14_OS_Only in my folder on the FTP will be fine. the #777 is still used for data (it will say alltel, but still be connecting to telus) and you won't have to reprogram your phone's number for an OS update.
