problems with my sprint mogul 6800

Just got my mogul 6800, everything seems to work, the back is kinda cheap, but I got a leather case to protect it, the only problem I have is VIDEO clips, when I go to youtube or yahoo, or my local news station my mogul wont play the video clips, in fact it doesnt play any video clips, can anyone help me or link me up with a download to make it work, does any one else have this problem , how can it be fixed ? thanks
