iphone like lock screen 4 HTC TITAN

We all know how the HTC titan displays your personal info when the device is locked. The iphone has a lock screen that is touch sencitive that can have a picture and I have seen it on the HTC titan. User slides the cursor at the bottom of the screen to unlock phone. I would like to know where to get this cool lock system?
