Screen is black while charging or USB (mogul)
 

My girlfriend and I have purchased 2 moguls 2 days ago and hers is mostly oem programming, but whenever she plugs in to charge or usb for activesync, the screen goes blank. itll play the slide sounds, so its alive, we just have no screen. i can charge using the same cables and mine is fine, i have all the software she has plus a little more. didnt find anything while searching, and nothing in the bugs thread.

hers maybe bad. since you both have the same kind of phones. I would take hers back and have them fix it or replace it.. maybe defective..

you would think something like this would be a software issue or something easily remedied... guess ill give sprint a call later on tonight when i get home :)

hard reset, if that doesn't fix it take it back
