Exclamation Im Just Fed Up!!

I just dont understand...this is the second time ive backed up my files using 2 different backup programs spb backup being the latest, and i do a hard reset and non of my files are readable but 3...everything i downloaded cant open up..The error message pops up when i click a file to open "There is no application associated with file..run the application first, then open theis file from within the application"....im just sooo tired.

I just did the regular hold down both soft keys and push reset button reset. The funny thing is..despite 90% of the files on my sd card being unreadable..a few applications and audio are viewable..weird..but man i dont know anymore..i think im done with downloads

where are you downloading the programs from?
If theyre from sprint you probly have to re download them cuz they bont usually include the installer.

Dammit GX u might be right..i just started using it right from when i got it..i didnt feel that i had to do anything to it..so how do i format it..see i blame sprint, they didnt mention anything about that to me. Storino my encryption box is unchecked..so i dont think it's that.

Formatting the card may help, but if the phone/card were new, you shouldn't have to format it before using it. Almost all memory cards come ready to use. You MAY have a bad card however. Formatting it might reveal if there are issues. If you are still under warranty, have Sprint swap the memory card for you. That'd at least eliminate the possibility of a bad card. (getting two bad ones would be pretty rare)
