I Need Help With A 6800
 

ok well my brother has a 6800 and he says it keeps restartin its self ...i need a program 2 back up contacts cuz im tellin him to do a hard reset

i have a 6700 . and have pim backup ...does it work on wm6 also?

the major probly right now is that im in cali and his in texas ...and he doesnt know 2 much bout ppc ..so if yall can get me the program i can walk him threw steps 2 get his phone back up and runnin

Tell him to sync it up to his computer through activsync, copy all pictures to his data card and hes ready to hard reset.

he cant get activesync workin .... and he wants 2 back up his contacts ...everything else doesnt really matter since he already has it on his mirco sd
