No Contacts on Sync.... PLEASE HELP

Hello All,
I have contacted Sprint Tech Support and well that turned up nothing.
I am using activesync on my XP with SP2. I got a copy of Outlook 2003 and installed it on my PC. Well everthing else syncs, except my contacts. Tech support had me do a soft and a warm reset on the Mogul, then a reboot on my PC with the Mogul connected, still nothing. So I was told to remove active sync and reinstall. So I did, went through all the set up steps, and still no contact syncs. Any Help? PLEASE

i was never able to get my mogul to sync using active sync, i use XML contacts backup to backup my contacts. i have it set to back them up on my storage card so if i ever have a big issue when im on the go, i can restore them right there.

The main reason I want to back up this way is to be able to edit my contacts, such as add addresses, and all the stuff it would take for ever to enter on my phone

You know, I had the same thing happen to me. I don't know what the problem was, because I just kept unplugging and re-plugging the USB cable, and after about three tries, it started syncing the contacts. Haven't had a problem since, but I remember it caused a fiasco because it actually erased all of my contacts (I had to find an old backup file).

I had outlook express, but removed it, and installed the complete office 2003 which has the full outlook 2003. I have tried this several times, removed the phone, the usb cables, restarted the pc and my phone.
thanks

I use NS Contacts Backup on the 6800 and NS Contacts on the PC to edit. Get them from nyxbull.net in the download section. They're free.
