low free memory, 7-12 meg all the time... anyone else?

Why do phones like the Tmobile MDA running windows mobile 5 ALWAYS have like 20-25 meg of ram available? Like this review says there is always 25 meg free... http://www.mobiletechreview.com/T-Mobile-MDA.htm

Im at like 7-12 depending on whats in the background...

Is this normal? why wouldnt it be the same for the mogul since we run 64 meg of ram also... is this a wm6 issue?

i believe wm6 uses slightly more ram than wm5..

i run at about 18 with the htc home plugin and a few other minor things running..

the only thing that really uses ram for me is wmp or the audio manager..

why not close the programs when you aren't using them?
