Finger Scrolling

Is there a cab or new rom out there that enables finger scrolling such as the new TyTnII and the HTC vogue? Both devices enables an "I-phone" clone of scrolling contacts and internet with the use of a finger via screen.

This would be awesome to have but may be part of TouchFlo meaning you may need to install quite a bit more to get it done.

I saw this at xda, try it, i installed it and it was pretty nice, make sure to keep it runnin as it will not work if you close the program on the today screen

that app rules... but it gets in the was a lot... like if you wanna click and drag multiple files... and it doesn't have horizontal scroll and overrides the PIEplus finger scrolling which does have horizontal scrolling
