sprintpcs mail!? help!
 

ok so sprints website suckssss lately and i dont know why i cant figure out or find where my password for my email is at? like everytime i click on the link it brings up a blank page. i call *2 and they dont know my password?
so am i screwed?
i tried it with firefox and internet explorer both same results

I looked all over to no avail as well - I did manage to get *2 to change it tho - if you ask for tech support and then "other PDAs" you get advanced tech support on the line - they will be able to help you...

if they still don't know what you are talking about tell them you are trying to log onto http://pop.sprintpcs.com

i dialed *2 and all they changed was the email itself to my other one i was using on my treowx..now i got a sero plan and a mogul w a new line of service and everything is alllll f***** up!

*2 is for VOICEMAIL, not email

.....*2 is the number for customer service.....

ugh i cant figure it out this is so weird...
when i go into my pcs mailbox from the pc above my inbox it says (my phone number); null?
when i go into my settings and information the email address is there as jayweezie21@sprintpcs.com

i changed the password to my liking

then i go on my mogul and try to connect and it says the username/password is incorrect!!!

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ive never had a prob connecting to my pcs mail looks like im gunna have to goto the store and have them set it up for me
