palringo uninstall error

i uninstalled palringo but when i reboot the phone it gives me an error that says:

the file 'palringo' cannot be opened. either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. if the problem persists, try reinstalling or restoring this file.

any way i can get this msg to go away?

go to file explorer and navigate to
/windows/Startup/
and delete the palringo shortcut...
