Yea, there is a program called HTC Home Customizer.

It works pretty well.

HTC Home Customizer does not allow you to change the clock size, just the clock "font".

I also would like to shrink the size of the clock a little as well. I wonder if it is possible?

Has anyone seen the Samsung i760, just released for Verizon? Here's a pic:

http://pocketpccentral.net/samsung_i760.htm

I think the digital clock on the i760 above is great. The HTC home plugin clock is just way too big. Ideally, I'd like to have the above clock from the i760 on the top of my today screen, with WeatherPanel directly underneath of it, and then iLauncher directly underneath that. The HTC Home Plugin just isn't as customizable as I would like.

Click on the time and hold it for options. Should be able to change it then.
I have been using it seems ok just wanted the options the HTC home comes with like contacts and weather.
