Direct Push no good?
 

Can anyone confirm with the latest rom update to the mogul that under comm manager you cannot select on the direct push button. no matter what i do it does not come out of being highlighted gray. what gives?

Anyone? Just go to com manager and hit the direct push button. Let me know if it turns on.

Um yeah mines disabled too...

mine turns on and off no problem ROM ver 2.09.651.3

do you have a server setup? maybe it wont let you change the setting if you dont have a correct server to sync with...? maaybee??

wOW, WE NEED MORE INPUT. Mines used to turn on and off. Very strange. And yes I have 2 accounts.. I have my hotmail account and my outlook att account. Both work good. I even did a hard reset to try to fix it and still.. out of a fresh reset it still dont turn on. So I decided to immidietely setup my email account and then reset it and try to turn it on and still nothing. Anyone have this issue?

I have 3 accounts. Live, Outlook (Exchange 2003), and my comcast. It works for me. You do have an exchange account setup that pushes it?

Honestly.. i have always had these 2 accounts and was able to activate the direct push button.

yeah but do you have an exchange account? if you dont have an exchange account it would make sense that you cannot enable direct push because you wouldn't need it so it could save battery by not enabling you to turn it on.

Just because you could turn it on it didn't mean that it was working. You need an Exchange account setup for it to do anything. I am getting my Mogul today but is working on my business partner as expected.
