Windows Live Doesn't work
 

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get Windows Live email to work. If I either open the program from the Start menu or add an email account through outlook, I get to a sign in page where i can use the search box but nothing else. There is text saying "Sign in to Windows Live" but it's greyed out and I can't click it. The only option under Menu is "about". Any ideas how I can get this to work?

That sounds odd...which programs do you have installed?

I've got the HTC home plugin, different dialer, some other things. Is there any way to reinstall Windows Live perhaps?

I don't think so. Windows Live is a ROM application. I don't think that any of the programs you listed would cause any real problems for Windows Live. Best way to really find out is to hard reset and before you do anything else, test out Live.

Maybe someone else has some better ideas...

Yes you can install WLM Build 1400 which fixes alot of problems people have with WLM.

That does not work at all for me. ive hard reset my device does not work still and ive even unistalled windows and reinstalled the wlm 1400 still nothing. the only programs i have downloaded are the piscal browser, agile messenger, wlm 1400, Pic mail hack download. can someone help me please my reason for buying the mogul was for to keep up on my emails and now i cant get it to work at all this is so frustrating

You hard reset and it still didn't work? Try flashing the ROM again and then see if it works. If that doesn't work, take it back and get a replacement.

Well i did that to my orginal mogul same issues so they gave me a brand new replacement and still have the same problem, and i even hard rest it and everything im not sure what the problem is. how do you flash the ROM???

Download this file:

Once it is finished, then double click on the exe and it will flash the ROM. Just follow the steps and make sure that you have anything you need backed up, as it will completely wipe your device.

Going to bed now, but if this doesn't work, hit me up tomorrow and we'll see what else is available.

Download and install WLM build 1400 it will fix your problem no need to flash your ROM hard reset or anything like that just install it and problem fixed.
