i don't have that either,and i've only had my mogul for only a few weeks now.

Maybe it's the button on the stereo headset? I press mine and it goes to the voice speed dial. When I check my buttons layout in settings, I don't have voice speed dial mapped to any button. I also do not have the "mystery" button in settings.
