Choppy Video??

I am considering switching to the mogul, however I have been reading that the video playback is very choppy. Has this been corrected thru updates? Will tcpmp work on the mogul?

tcpmp works fine if you change the video setting. the default one doesn't work good with the mogul

Depends on the player really. GDI plays fine in TCPMP--it's only DirectDraw that's a problem. I have no idea if it's a problem that can be fixed or worked around, but I certainly hope it is. Lucky for us, the best video player works fine. I believe a directdraw fix would make other portions of our phones work better as well--such as newer PPC games. COD2 for example runs fairly poorly, and even older games like Age of Empires are a little choppy when you scroll the screen. It's not just a lack of processing power.. there is something definitly *wrong* with DirectDraw.
