Hello all, so far this is a great site. I am switching from a Treo 700P to the new Mogul, good phone, but I am having issues. Please forgive me if my questions are covered else where, or sound really dumb.
First, I loaded the cd into my Vista laptop, and I believe everything loaded, now with my palm setup, I could click on an icon and open a desktop version of the phone, with all my contacts, so I can edit them, my messages and anything I need. Now does the WM^ have that? If so where do I find that.
Second: I went to my local Sprint store and had my contact list copied to my Mogul, but after either pairing my phone to the laptop, or setting up my emails, now my contacts are just all of my email contacts, and all my phone contacts are gone. Any clue?

well i know how you can get your contacts,
1. you can either copy the PIM under My Device to your storage card.
2. get a program like contacts back up and use that to copy the contacts.

There are a lot of contact backup programs, ask around to see which one is better, to me contact backup does what i need it to do atleast.

I have no idea what could be the issue though, but if you have something like this you can just use the program to replace what you have now.

will one of those contact back up programs allow me to edit my contacts on my pc? Such as input all info like address, emails, all numbers?
