HTC Home and Super Long Soft Reset
 

Guys, I am having a problem. I have the HTC Mogul and have been running HTC Kaiser/Schen 6 button home plug-in for a couple of weeks. Now today all of a sudden, whenver I soft-reset the phone, it takes hella long to fully restart. I get to the today screen without the plug-in showing, and then the phone is just frozen for about 45 seconds to a minute before I can do anything with the phone. If I turn off the plug-in, no freezing. I even did a hard reset on the phone cause it was buggin me so much, and when I re-installed the app, same thing again.

Anyone ever hear of this or experience this. Please help me out. Thanks guys.](*,)

Completely remove the app and delete the \htchome directory if it still exists. Soft reset then install the HTC Home Customizer (linked below). It should ask you if you want it to download the latest version when you run it for the first time. Tell it "yes" and hopefully that will fix your issue.
