Click on Start-Settings, on the Personal tab select Today.
In the Today settings select the Items tab On the Items Tab select Calendar and the tap on the Options... button If there is not a checkmark in the box next to "Display all day events" then tap to select it. That should do it.

You can also try Today Agenda, it's free and very customizable.

Hmm..strange. This isn't working for me. I have the option checked and it still doesn't show up on the Today screen, only within the calendar. I'd like to avoid third party software if possible...anyone else experiencing this?
