Or you know, rather than PM'ing your personal information (read: ESN) to somebody who just signed up for the site - you could always refer to THIS THREAD and read THIS POST to download a simple PPC coded app to translate any HEX ESN number into your unlock/MSL code.

It's not a good idea to be passing ESN numbers around on the forum... it's way too easy for somebody to clone your ESN to their own device and either steal service or get your account shutdown for illegal use. Just a thought...

BTW, its nothing against you halfdriven... it's nothing more than a safety concern.

You can always call your carrier and tell them you need the MSL for your phone. That's what I did and they gave it to me with no questions asked.

Well, unfortunately thats not the normal case scenario. If you call and ask a CSR for your MSL/unlock code, 99% of them will tell you they are not allowed to give out that info. Unless you call them and tell them you need to reprogram your phone - at which point you are forced to enter your MSL code to proceed - it can take way more hassle than its worth to deal with the carrier for it. The app I posted about above is a simple keygen program... you enter your ESN, it gives you your MSL. You can't get much easier than that really.

Reading SPC of HTC Mogul / P4000 / PPP 6800 / XV6800

Using software UniCDMA 1.095, Just Read the Memory Address 0x01500000

Length, Bytes 524288 then Save it and open the bin file into XVI32 Hex Mode

then go to Address 55C02 There you can find the SPC

In Shown Bitmap the SPC is 870086, You will Never Require GetSPC.EXE

Please DONT FORGET to say THANKS

getSPC Generate SPC from ESN, but if you changed it and Forget it You must have to run original Extended ROM parameter in which u may loose your Number and CDMA Setting

Method one looks like it works fine you do have to wait a decent amount of time, now I'm just waiting to make sure I can open the text file.
