Voice Tags
 

I have voice tags for a few people I call often. When I sync the mogul with my pc I loose the voice tags. What do I need to set so that does not happen. Thank you for your assistance.

Upgrading to MS Voice Command would save you from having to record tags all together... but then again, the latest version (right now) has a few minor issues with WM6.

I was having a similar problem and think I figured it out. I had my sync settings to overwrite Contact info on the device from the PC. Try changing that setting to "Syncronize" rather than "PC overwrites device". That fixed it for me. Another manifestation of this problem was that my picture contacts in the HTC Home plugin were being tossed every time I did a sync. It fixed that too.

When I connect in desktops setting I only have Replace Item on Desktop or Replace Item on Device. Where do you change the settings?

Whoops - I am using a Mac (and therfore Missing Sync) and assumed that the choices where the same. However, you should try "Replace Item On Desktop" as your setting, as what is happening is that every time your PC syncs, it is overwriting your device. This should work out for you.
