Sbp Killed the Keyboard

I recently installed Sbp Pocket Plus, but soon afterwards decided I didnt really like it and uninstalled the application. After doing so, i noticed that my keyboard didnt work, except for the space and enter buttons. I'm trying to stay level-headed about this, seeing as how I've had my device for only a day.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong and/or how to fix it? Can I somehow revert to a previous state, or the original configuration of the phone if necessary?

Thanks

P.S. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I dont exactly know what I'm doing 100%

I reset the phone again and for some reason it works now. I don't know what happened. Now that it's working again, it's just a curiosity thing.

if you do not have some sort of backup software such as SPB Backup they no. I would try and do a soft reset to see if that helps. To do this, use your styli and press the reset button located at the bottom of the device beside the usb port.

If that does not work - try installing SPB pocket plus again, soft reseting and uninstalling to see if that may fix it.

If that does not work - they I would probably just do a hard-reset. This is done by pressing the two soft button keys and the reset button at the same time. WARNING!!! DOING A HARD RESET WILL DELETE ALL YOUR DATA (APPOINTMENTS, CONTACT, OTHER INSTALLED PROGRAMS) AND WILL RESET YOUR DEVICE TO FACTORY. ENSURE YOU BACKUP YOUR CONTACTS AND OTHER ITEMS FIRST.

Hope that helps.
