Take a look at page 7, post 135 if you want a pretty decent alternate skin for the big dialer.

I'm not sure what your iPhone dialer has installed so you may want to check if a simple uninstall will be enough. Dialers meant for other phones have definitely caused issues when ported to Sprint phones due to the way Sprint handles call services and the fact it is CDMA. If the iPhone dialer was not written for Sprint, I'd definitely get rid of it as other dialers have been know to cause memory leak, ability to call 911 and other issues.

One of Paul's dialer's main benefits is it retains the ability to call 911. With other dialers, the ability to call 911 is gone.
