FLASHED CUSTOM ROM & NOW PHONE STUCK ON SUB SPLASH SCREEN. HARD RESET & IT DOES THE SAME THING. ANY SOLUTIONS?

Did you update radio. Needs to be 3xxx or high

i got this with one ROM a while back and i reflashed to a different ROM and the issue was solved.

There is but you actually gotta boot into windows mobile..is your camera button not working?

there is a enter bootloader .exe but it works if the phone will boot into windows.
