ActiveSync Default Settings Change after Reset

I have my ActiveSync seeting to 30 minutes during Peak and 60 minutes Off Peak. If I do a soft reset, these default back to "As items Arrive" for both settings. Any suggestions? Am I missing something in the security settings??

are you soft resetting right after you config the settings? Try waiting 5 min or so to ensure the changes have been written.

I discovered that this happend to me once. One day I couldn't figure out why messaging wasn't updating my inbox. I peeked at AS and discovered all the settings had reverted to the default, just as you described.

It has only happened to me once, and I haven't been able to re-create it. I don't have any advice, but you are not alone on this one.

Can't really say as I just got the Mogul on Friday and I have been adding programs since. But it has happened twice. I just did it again and I will make sure I wait this time.

EDIT: Yep, waited an hour, did a soft reset and it defaulted back to "as items arrive"!

just a thought, but do you have phonealarm installed? do you have a phonealarm profile set to enable push email?

No, but I am testing Phone Weaver and I had the "Push Email" enabled in the "Day" profile instead of "No Change". That has to be it! Thanks!

(Yep - back to normal!)
