Registry Editor Problem

I have PHM Reg Editor...that's not the problem, though.

I can't see/find my /Windows folder! I have no idea where it is, what it's under, etc. I've looked EVERYWHERE.

WTF am I doing wrong? This is what it shows:

My Device
- HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
- HKEY_USERS

Where is Windows in this? I can't find it in any of those folders.

Thanks.

What exactly are you looking for? Reason i'm asking is because the windows folder can be found using file explorer not reg editor.

I think you might be confusing Resco File Explorer / Reg Editor with PHM Reg Editor which does not have a file explorer.

I'm looking for it because I need to add a code for the weather to work on my HTC Today Plug (Step 4 on link below):

Oh, I think I understand what you're saying...cuz I can find the file in File Explorer, but not in PHM Reg Editor.

So I have to get Resco? This won't work with PHM?

Cuz I can't find the Windows folder on my ActiveSync.

The step in that link is talking about an xml file. This has nothing to do with the registry. You will need to use File Explorer to find the file and then edit it. You may need to copy it to your PC to edit it.

Or, look for Emunutz's HTC Home Customizer app. This should help with some of the customizations.

Oh, nevermind. It was hidden.

Total Noob, but I'm having same problem with the Home plugin and trying to use the PHM red edit to change to Fahrenheit. Where was it hidden?

HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCHome\Weather\Settings

Change the value for Celsius to 0
