A couple of customizing the 6800 questions

member 'phidong' posted this screen shot in a past post and I'm trying to customize my home plug-in to get rid of the current icons at the bottom and put a strew off ones i do use similar to the lineup he has.. how would one do this? I looked through settings and can't figure it out.
