Mogul Freezes When Turning On

My Mogul Freezes at the alarm screen when turning on and keeps vibrating. How do I do a hard reset that will let me install an original rom? Sprint.com says press power and reset at the same time however all that does is restart the device and my problem continues.

I had the same happen to me. To hard reset you have to press the reset button in with your stylus while pushing your two soft keys in at the same time. this will delete all saved info in your mogul except your memory card. takes mogul to status when 1st purchased..
