vzw "connecting you to external rep to pay to complete call"

This IS a vzw 6800 on the vzw network.

I have done the following as Tplane37 recommended:

relock
flash vzw
flash mr1 let customizations run
flash mr2 let customizations run
flash vzw (no customizations)
unlock
flash radio 3.42.50
flash cutom tplane37 rom, then go to my favorite btonetbone 6.5 23007b.

This fixed my issue of having a sprint PRI, i now have the 2.03 PRI, and using any PRL it now says Verizon Wireless. woohoo! *228 option 2 also works.

Then i went to make a call... I get "We are connecting you to a external rep to pay in order to complete this call, we accept visa... bla bla bla". The plan is fine, my wifes phone has no issues. What could possibly be the issue? I have tried prl 51433, 51495 (also *228 option 2), 51143, and a modified one for sprint phones on vzw. All have the same result. of that external rep thing. Anyone know what this could be? I thought maybe of talking to the rep to see why I was ending up there, or doing a *228 option 3, but didn't want to do any of that w/o checking with some experts first.

Did you finish with a carrier cab.?

the rom is built carrier free and i have a data block, but yes.

I have discovered that going back to stock vzw atleast fixes the problem.
I have installed a known good btonetbone 23001, same problem.
Downgraded the radio to 3.42.30 and that also did not solve the problem

From here did a *228 option 1 and now it is fixed....
redid radio 3.42.50 and still working. Might be a problem with btonetbone's rom not accpeting *228 option 1 then for 23008a. Further testing....

you need to install a carrier cab file then.
