Gmail - emails automatically gets deleted?
I setup my gmail account on my mogul.
Everytime i get a new email, it gets deleted automatically even if i don't read it. I see on my new email count is 1. Then a little while later, it goes to 0. I check and the new mail is not on my phone. I check on my computer (gmail.com) and the new emails are still there, just not on my phone. If i read the email once i get it, i see it on the phone, but then it goes away on my phone but still exists on the server. weird. anyone else experience this? how can i fix it? |

Try using Seven as it work a bit better IMO than Pocket Outlook

Re: Gmail - emails automatically gets deleted?
Is Gmail set up on your device in recent mode? (ie. the username = Recent:[your username]@gmail.com) If so, that'd be why - the device receives new messages from the server and deletes the old automatically to save clogging it with excess old messages, and to save on mobile data. Works well since gmail archives absolutely everything by default, but can result in messages disappearing.
