Steps to get phone on metropcs

Ok hey guys I just want to know what all I have to do. I don't want to program the phone myself I just want to go instore and let the person do this for me. So what I already did to my phone was upgrade the bootloader and I installed a custom rom.

Is there anything else I need to do?

Oh and one more question everytime I turn my phone off and turn it back on it stays in the in the bootloader screen, the only way I can get out of this is if i plug the phone in the charger or pc while its off and then power it on. Is this normal???

well first there is no flash all for metro, so if you dont want to mess with it find some one in your area that will do it for you. craigslist might help with this. on the bootloader issue try to use a exit bootloader program , or if that dont work reinstall your unlocker.
