Number showing as private
 

I installed bbs ROM and installed the Verizon carrier cab and now my number shows up as private whenever I call someone. So I tried to go in and install a different ROM and got the same thing. Please someone tell me how to change this. I have bbs latest ROM installed right now 23004C.

anybody???? There has to be some setting or something but I have no idea what.

well, you could try going back to a stock rom, but on Sprint this info is set via the webpage, not the phone.

It is a carrier issue not a rom issue. Dial 611 and go to change add or remove services option. It will give you an option to change your caller id preferences.

GREAT @ wes I didnt even think about that because I didnt start having issues until I put the ROM on but I also changed my Internet plan around that same time so maybe the verizon tech added call blocking by accident. THANKS that has been a pain to deal with.
