I am so confused!!!

Hey, I am trying to flash a cutom built windows mobile 6.5 rom to my titan. But every "how to" thread on how to do it seems to just post a thousand links to files from other people and run around in circles in explanations on how to do it! I have read so many things that i am clueless on how to really do it. I'll tell you what i think i have to do, and you tell me where i am right or wrong.
I understand that i need an unlocker. Can someone please post a link to an unlocker for me. Then once i run the program hit yes a few times it will send my phone into the rainbow screen then wipe it out. After that i need a rom...i found a custom built one in this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=70427. So after i wipe out the titans inital rom, i can reinstall it with this rom, but i need a rom update utility correct? Where can i get one for the titan, or do i use the same unlocker with some option in there to upload the rom to my phone? This where i am confused. i need someone to tell me what programs i need to unlock, then upload a rom to my titan. I really want windows mobile 6.5 on there.... any help would be greatly appreciated!

i am still confused, i cannot seem to figure out how to build an os or insert a custom one. when i hit start it brings me to a donation screen. beyond that i don't want to use ppckitchen, i have the unlocker, i have a rom, where can i just get a porgram to instlal the new rom, there must be one besides ppc kitchen coorect?

Download a rom someone else has made and put it on the sd card. The same as flashing the radio.

Make sure the radio is 3.37 or better I use 3.42.50.
If you have a ROM of choice and a micro SD 2gb or less formatted to fat32,
Find the .nbh file.
Rename it to "TITAIMG.nbh" and place that file on the root of the SD card.
Enter bootloader mode, follow prompts.
See bootscreen, Hard reset or pull battery, then hard reset.
Depending on your carrier, and the ROM check carrier info.
You may need a carrier CAB file.

The file name is not TITAIMG.ruu it is TITAIMG.nbh

Guys, i am very new to this, you have to bulet it out step by step. are you saying unlock the phone using the unlocker i have, then rename the custom rom to TITAIMG.nbh, place that on the sd card. then go to the bootloader mode. and reboot my device? will it reinstall using the custom rom just placed on my sd card?

I am saying follow the tutorial I gave you. After the radio, install the rom by the same sd card method.
I also highly suggest you read for about 10 more hours on flashing before you do it. Since you can't seem to fill small holes between steps. You dont want to trash your phone. Read the whole thread I gave you.

i read the whole thing. it heavily depends on using the ppc kitchen. when i load up the ppc kitchen i get all these error messages that it cant a dozen different things all in successive pop ups. I thought custom made roms in some instances contain the radios inside them? or do they never contain the radios?
