Loviing the ROMs, hating the splashes

I am loving the ROMs created by all of the great chefs out there. A lot of good variety and skill have gone into these great builds, and they keep getting better! My titan hasn't seen this much use since 6.1 entered the arena.

Anyways, just a request, and maybe I'm the only one, but I wanted to voice my frustration over having the splashes with Yoda and Code Wars 2009. I have no problem with giving these great chefs congratulations and appreciation, but what ever happened to the old fashioned Windows 7 splashes that were so awesome? Anyway to bring those back? Or be able to place the ROMs in PPCKitchen so that we can put those splashes on?

You builders are fantastic, and do things I cannot do, so keep it up, I'm sure thousands of us rely on you to make our phones upgraded to a level we never imagined. Thanks.

Re: Loviing the ROMs, hating the splashes

I will gladly take any splash screens submitted to me into consideration for future builds. They must be 240 pixels wide x 320 tall. At least 96 dpi.

I'm no graphic designer and would love the help!

EDIT - Those Win 7 screens are bbsandkm's. He may still be using them; I haven't flashed one of his ROMs lately.

Re: Loviing the ROMs, hating the splashes

Here are three splash screens I made a while back. I left them blank so you can add the Windows version number to them.

Hah! I love the pirate/ghost ship one. I'll cook that in to my next build. Thanks.

EDIT - After looking again, it's probably a castle. But still cool.
