Replacement Verizon phone and can't get GPS working after DCD 4.12 Flash!

This is a Verizon phone. I just got the replacement from Assuron (or however you spell it). I flashed the bootloader to 2.47, installed radio 3.42.50 and DCD's 4.1.2 ROM (same setup as I had on my OTHER phone. IT worked perfectly!)

Anyway, THIS phone (which is BRAND FRIGG?IN' NEW) won't ever find satelites! NO matter HOW long I wait!

I have searched for hours for a solution! Now I'm hoping that someone knows and can end my frustration.

Thanks for ANY help!

I bet you have pri version 2.03xxx. This MR1/MR2 pri blocks gps. DO the below link. Then unlock and reflash custom. You can not jump from MR1/MR2 to custom without going to old pregps rom first to remove block.

After doing the above suggestions, My phone STILL shows PRI version 2.03_002 AND I can't get QPST to work correctly on my phone. I NEVER shows 2 USB ports so I can set them up.

I am an IT Engineer and not new to computers at all OR these phones. However, this has me baffled!

Please state the steps you did to flash backwards then go custom.
