as far i'm concern, you will have to change those numbers (#777) to the metro ones... i knew then but forgat then.
and when you connect to the internet is via wi-fi or metro service,? if is via wi-fi you should receive your email instanstly.
if you using metro network, try uninstalling the email account, then reinstalled again...
