Email does not work....

Hello everyone,

I bought a Titan from Ebay and had it flashed from AllTel to MetroPCS. WAP, MMS, TXT all work but when I tried to set up my POP3 email account and send/receive, it keeps telling me username or password is incorrect for dialed number #777. I checked and the Internet still works fine. Does anyone know if email uses different connection?

as far i'm concern, you will have to change those numbers (#777) to the metro ones... i knew then but forgat then.

and when you connect to the internet is via wi-fi or metro service,? if is via wi-fi you should receive your email instanstly.

if you using metro network, try uninstalling the email account, then reinstalled again...

you should be able to use wi-fi for your e-mail. but if you dont have the 50 dollar acct. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK E-MAIL.
