Stylus length

Is anybody else frustrated with the (lack of) length of the 6800's stylus?

Is there any word on a stylus that telescopes three units out, rather than two?

Has anybody else considered a side-mounted stylus? I am considering manufacturing a single, unique magnetically mounted one for my own use.

I'm also frustrated by the stylus. It seems that the black plastic end cap has some sharp corners that begin to dig into my hand when used for more than 3 or 4 taps.

If you are able to fabricate a decent replacement, there might be a market for them.

Yea, i also hate the short length of the stylus. Kinda funny thing, is that i'm using the old stylus off this old palm pilot that i had lying around. I just keep it in one of the pockets of my shorts (all my shorts are cargo) so it doesn't bother me at all to carry that around. The included stylus i only use for extremely quick things on the phone.

After the original Nintendo DS, and then the improvement that is the DS lite stylus, I'm not particularly bothered by this stylus. It's definitely better than the one in the original DS, so maybe it's just my perspective.

Being ive gotten a chance to use styli like the one in the mogul... I happen to like the small compact design better... Although if you hate it, Your best bet is going to be a pen that is also a stylus... Most Staples/Office stores have them...

i prefer this stylus over the DS lite one personally. that one hurts my fingers, but this one seems fine. usually i just use my fingers, and when I am actually going to be using it for more than a few minutes, then I pull out the stylus. or else I just use my thumb/forefinger.

I guess size really DOES matter
Seriously, I love my Mogul, but my BF's 6700 has a much better stylus - solid, better balanced and more useful than the lightweight retractable "mini" stylus of the Mogul.
