[need help] problem with titan

I have a titan that has been working fine, but recently it has become finicky. It would crash randomly and have to be restarted, which started happening more and more frequently. Now, the only thing I can get the phone to do is go into the bootloader, which is the stock 2.07 (locked). I would like to install a new ROM (even the stock would do), but the stock installer is an exe and doesn't contain an image file. Is there any way to get the image file out of the executable and do this via the SD method? I'm getting a No Image Found! error when I try to flash to the nue2.47 via SD method. I don't think I can flash to any other image file with the locked bootloader, is that correct? Also, I have another mogul available which I have successfully loaded olipro 2.40 onto and a custom cooked rom I found, if that could be of any use. Again, the problem with doing the normal procedures is that I can't get activesync to work because the phone won't start.

Make sure your sd card is 2gb or under and formatted to fat32. Also just use winrar to extract the .nbh from the .exe.
