Battery Percentage File on Roms

Do anyone know what file in the rom controls the battery percentage indicator. Custom roms I have used increase in 1% and the stock Verizon MR1 does 10%. Just trying to get back to my 1% increases and decreases.

It's the battery.dll. No2Chem had info on this.
