Can Wmodem Run on Mogul

Hello All,
Please try not to torch me for asking but I could not find an answer in the search. I noticed in the Windows directory that the wmodem.exe is listed but does not work. USBmodem from Mobile-Stream work the same way that the wmodem did on the 6700. Is it possible to get wmodem to work on the Mogul. I don't want to buy the USBmodem software if the wmodem can be made to work. JUST ASKING... Thanks in Advance
