What has anybody’s experience been lately with verizon ins replacing the 6800?

Some of my keys arent really working and I wanna break it and claim insurance and i am hoping they dont have it anybody and maybe replace it with the touch pro or something newer.

If you TEP then the extended warranty should replace the phone for a bad keyboard.
Don't commit insurance fraud. Either file a claim because of a real problem. Don't break a phone just to get a new one because you don't want to pay.
