I just got my Mogul, used to have 6700,but i found out that the BT mono headset audio worked but sound quality was horrible(tiny & low volume),i don't expect it to be good but it actually much much worse than my old 6700,anyone has the same problem?BTW,I have the Moto HS820 headtset,BT mono audio sound great on 6700.

Yep, I have the same problem. I used to have to turn my headset volume down with my Motorola e815 because it was too loud and I can't turn it high enough to hear well with the Mogul. It's actually a really big problem for me because most of the time I spend talking on my phone is in the car using my BT. Thats my only real complaint with the Mogul but straining to hear over the road noise bothers me enough that I haven't ported my number yet because I'm still trying to decide if I should keep it. And just to clarify the only problem my BT headset has is the volume, quality and clarity are clear on both sides.

Re: BT mono audio

That is my problem exactly. I use my H350 when watching my slingbox, and the "tiny" audio is horrible. although I can make it loud enough, its a piercing sound.. but yes the audio from the phone calls is not this way, just low.
