Touch Screen doesn't work.
 

At all. Just now, after a phone call, my screen just stopped working. I did a soft and hard reset, but the screen isn't responding. I just received this refurbished phone from Sprint on Friday, and I'm stuck at the "Tap Screen" part. I'm just wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? I will be right back in Sprint today with this phone, and I am pissed because my Apache never gave me this problem. I love this phone but after receiving two duds, I'm kind of pissed. Any advice?

You can replace the LCD/Digitizer pretty easily. The Digitizer appears to be the broken part here. The Digitizer is the cheaper of the two parts and if you have any soldering skill (i don't) you can replace the digitizer yourself.

I've replaced several digitizers on a handful of Wizards, but haven't had to do it on any of my Titans yet. I assume it is almost the exact same process.
